    📦 How long does it take for my order to arrive?

    We work with shipments from different allied suppliers. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 10 working daysdepending on the destination. If your order includes several products, they may arrive separately.

    🚚 Can I track my order?

    Yes, once your purchase is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your order at all times.

    💳 What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payments through credit card, debit card, PSE and cash payments (Efecty/Baloto). The entire process is secure and backed by reliable gateways.

    We also offer cash on delivery for some products.

    🔄 Can I exchange or return a product?

    Yes. If the product arrives defective, damaged or does not correspond to what you ordered, you can request an exchange or refund within the following timeframes 5 days after delivery. Write us with photos of the product and we will give you an answer as soon as possible.

    📦 What happens if I don't receive my order?

    At Oh! Pet Lovers we guarantee your purchase.

    If more than 25 working days and you have not received your order, we will arrange a new shipment or a full refund.
